BIO:

Harlen Smith is a rising rugby league talent currently developing within the Wigan Warriors system, where he plays in the club's Reserves after progressing through the Scholarship and Academy pathway. Born and raised in Wigan, Smith began playing rugby league at a young age, inspired by his older brother, and developed through local community clubs Shevington Sharks and Orrell St James before being signed by Wigan's Scholarship programme in 2021 .

Smith has also represented Lancashire at Academy level, earning recognition for his athleticism and strong performances . In October 2025, he received his first senior international call-up for Jamaica and made his international debut in the World Cup qualifier against France in Albi, a major milestone in his young career.

Now part of Wigan's Reserves and an emerging figure for the Reggae Warriors, Smith continues to build his reputation as a powerful, committed, and ambitious young player.
